Use this public form to start a verified deletion request for your Kira360 tenant or property owner account. You do not need to sign in.
How the request works
Deletion is not performed automatically. This protects accounts, active lease relationships and financial records from unauthorized requests.
- Submit the form Provide only the minimum account matching information below.
- Verify your registered email Open the single-use verification link within 24 hours.
- Manual identity and legal review We check account ownership, active obligations and required retention periods.
- Completion notice The result and any data that must be retained are explained by email.
Data deleted or deactivated
- Account access, active sessions and authentication credentials.
- Registered devices, push notification tokens and notification preferences.
- Profile and contact information that is not required for a continuing legal obligation.
- Optional files, support records and application data that no longer has a lawful retention purpose.
Records that may need to be retained
Lease agreements, payment and accounting records, tax records, maintenance evidence, fraud prevention logs and dispute records may be retained in restricted form for the period required by applicable law or for the establishment, exercise or defense of legal claims. They are not kept for marketing use.
The deletion request record itself may be retained for three years after closure to demonstrate compliance and handle possible disputes.
Never send sensitive credentials.
Kira360 will never ask for your password, national identity number, card details or bank credentials through this form.
